Client Testimonials
5-star rated on Google and Thumbtack.
“I’d like to recommend Brian Waldorf, the piano tuner, who did a marvelous job for me on my 30-year-old baby grand. It was in great need of tuning because it had recently been moved to allow new carpeting to be installed. Brian listened carefully to my concerns and thoroughly addressed every one of them. He even suggested he do a deep cleaning before the tuning. No other professional tuner has ever cleaned any of my pianos. The end result of Brian’s work was a beautiful sound from each key when I sit and enjoy my instrument.”
“I had a very old piano from the early 1900s that others in the industry said was too difficult to properly fix. Brian took his time and got it back to regular playability and gave helpful suggestions on future care. I’m extremely satisfied with his immediate knowledge and upfront attitude!”
“I want to thank Brian for doing a wonderful job on my Wurlitzer spinet piano! It was badly in need of tuning and the sliding door that covers the keys had been stuck open for the 10 years I’ve owned it. He tuned it up beautifully and it sounds great. Brian also looked up the serial number for me so I now know it was made in 1925. He fixed the sliding door so it closes and gave me a tip for how to best clean the keys. I highly recommend Brian for all of your piano needs. He is prompt, polite, and professional—10 out of 10!”
